Travel Fees / Service Locations

Q: I live outside your regular service area. Can I still rent a photo booth from E.O.S.S?
A: If you live within 35 miles of our service area, we will be there free of charge. Any event over 35 miles from our booth’s home city is 75 cents per mile round trip over 35 miles. These fees are calculated automatically during checkout if applicable. We service locations up to 100 miles from the home city. Contact us if you’d like to make special arrangements.

Custom Messages

Q: Can I design my own custom message?
A: Certainly, just let us know and our designer will email you the appropriate template. We will check it to make sure it’s good to go.

Photo Layouts

Q: When do I select my layout for the photo booth pics?
A: After booking, we contact you to finalize all the event details, including selecting your layout.

Parking & Load In

Q: Do you have special requirements?
A: Our photo booths are modular and can be loaded in through a regular sized doorway. We ask that you help us load in as close as possible to the booth location. This will help greatly with load in time and effort. Please provide parking info to us before your event. The client is always responsible for paying any parking fees.

Arrival Time / Service Period

Q: Does your setup time count for the service period?
A: Absolutely not. We arrive 1.5 – 1 hour before the service period and break down after the service period. Your service period is the time the booth is open and ready to rock n roll.

Black & White Prints

Q: Can you print in black and white?
A: Certainly. You can let us know ahead of time if you’d like the entire event in black and white. Our attendants can also change from black and white to color with the click of a button at the event.


Q: What backdrops do you provide standard?
A: You may select either black or white.
Q: Can I provide my own backdrop?
A: Certainly. We suggest at least a 5’x5′ opaque fabric backdrop. Our attendant will hang it for you. Please let us know ahead of time.
