Full Payment During Booking . We will walk you through safety rules prior to and after setup of the bounce house. We will also be glad to point out the unique safety features of our bounce house. 1. We take your child's safety seriously. Any individual not following the safety rules should be asked to leave the bounce house immediately. 2. Remove shoes prior to entering the bounce house. 3. All bouncers must empty their pockets before entering the bounce house. E.O.S.S is not responsible for articles lost during operation of the bounce house. 4. All bouncers must remove eyeglasses, gum, food, candy, beverages, jewelry, and any hard or sharp objects before entering the bounce house. 5. Absolutely NO flips, wrestling, or other forms of rough housing are allowed in the bounce house. 6. Do not run and/or bounce against the walls of the bounce house. 7. Do not bounce any closer than two feet from each other or two feet from the door. 8. Do not run or jump through the door of the bounce house. 9. Our bounce house is equipped with a safety entrance. Bouncers must enter and exit the bounce house from a sitting position. 10. Do not climb or hang from the interior or exterior of the bounce house. 11. Do not use the bounce house during rain. The jump surface is very slippery when wet. 13. If during operation the wind becomes excessive (15mph), remove all children and deflate the bounce house. 14. Bouncers should be grouped according to age and size. Ages 3 and up only. 15. If bouncers get damaged you are responsible for the damages and can be brought to court if refuse to pay for damages. Rain/Severe Weather Policy: I will contact you to re-confirm your reservation 2 to 3 days prior to your event. At that time we will discuss the upcoming weather forecast. Also due to staff problems world wild we can't guarantee a time for drop off. Also Same day pick up there's a $75 charge. There will be a extra charge if need extension Cord .If the weather is questionable on the day of your event, together we will make the safest decision possible, prior to the delivery of your bounce house. If it starts raining during your event and you insist on proceeding with your event, unfortunately we are not able to offer you the opportunity to reschedule or any type of discounts for future services. DEPOSIT/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to covid there will be a $50 Charge Due to change of date .
Cancellation Policy: Absolutely no cancellations, should you decide to cancel there will be “NO REFUNDS” under any circumstances. Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is required for reservation of our units/or services. Confidentially: WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY AND WILL NOT SELL, SHARE OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Machine Policy: A $ 15.00 cleaning fee will apply to all machines returned unclean. *
This Agreement for event planning, Dj services, Entertainment Services. Any Damages to Equipment Client will have to pay full Prices for any Damages or Maybe Subjected to Court if disagree to pay for Damages. If you book in short notice Pricing may Change. Due to Covid there will be no refunds but you can change the date all sales are final .The renter is responsible for loss or damage of items and will pay for the cost of replacement or repair. This cost will be assessed within 5 days of return and presented in a separate invoice payable within 15 days. The replacement value of items will be determined by age and condition at time of rental.Entertainment One Stop Shop LLC is full responsible for any damaged Equipment by our Staff. Full payment is due 2 Weeks before due date if getting Decor (unless other arrangements are accepted by Entertainment One Stop Shop). In the event of non-payment prior to 2 week of event (unless otherwise arranged by Entertainment One Stop Shop LLC), DEPOSIT/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
You will be taken to Paypal to make a paypal payment OR credit card or debit card payment. The $100 deposit will be required to hold your reservation once we confirm your booking date and time. The remaining funds will be due NO LATER than 24 hours prior to day of your party. The Deposit Fee is non refundable,
If you paid Full, and you cancel there will be $100 cancellation fee.
We will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary.
BAD WEATHER:
The E.O.S.S LLC was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (hurricanes, tropical storms, lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated hurricanes/storms or other strong weather event) please contact us at 1-800-542-1417 to begin the rescheduling.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
E.O.S.S LLCdoes require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. Guests under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise.
DAMAGE/INJURY:
E.O.S.S LLC Gaming Truck or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, E.O.S.S LLC reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests. E.O.S.S LLCor its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
If your child or any of your guests begin to develop cold- or flu-like symptoms or becomes ill, please minimize the spread to others by staying home. If you think you or your child have been exposed or may have symptoms of COVID-19, call your healthcare provider immediately. We continue to pray for the health and safety of all of our young gamers and hope this situation improves soon.
FOOD/DRINKS:
E.O.S.S LLC Gaming Truck does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.
Entertainment One Stop Shop LLC reserves the right to cancel any services and not render the nonrefundable deposit. This Agreement for event planning, Dj services, Entertainment Services. All music,Payments need to be in 2 weeks before due Date. A $28.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. All bookings require a 20% down payment and total paid off two weeks before Event Date. Dj Services, Entertainment Services is due in full day of event before performing Services. Please make checks payable to Entertainment One Stop Shop LLC/ It is understood that if this is a "Rain or Shine" event, the DJ’s (entertainer or Services) compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. For outdoor performances, Purchaser shall provide overhead shelter for setup area. The DJ (Entertainer) reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. ¬ All persons are required to notify E.O.S.S at Entertainment One Stop Shop LLC of event cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the event, if possible. Cancellation Policy: Absolutely no cancellations, should you decide to cancel there will be “NO REFUNDS” under any circumstances. Any changes must be written and signed by both the Client and Entertainment One Stop Shop LLC. Oral agreements are non-binding. Also we are not reliable for any Damages, Body injuries Due to Music, Decor Setup or Entertainment Services under any Circumstances. When renting Equipment same way we give it to you we want it back the same way also do to any Damages, There will be no return on hold of money for rentals, Décor Setup. The latest contract supersedes all previous contracts between Client and E.O.S.S LLC for the event listed above. Delivery & Pick up time Time: 8:00am - 7:00pm Hours of Services : 9:00am - 7:00pm Mon-Sunday Any Deliveries/Pick-ups that isn't between the above time frame will be subject to an additional fee.
